The Fever is still on and going on good. I've been trying to get tickets for the show but have never been able to. Ticket sellers say that the best way to get weekend tickets is to buy them on Tuesday at midnight when bookings open for the week. Jeez so much for standing in the line when you can be home sleeping zzzzzz....

Sivaji fever - still on?

The initial fever has died down, atleast in the media coverage. But the rage in watching the movie is still on big time. I am still not able to get tickets anywhere in the city. Certain theaters are playing more than 15 shows a day, but there seems to be no dearth to the audience being satisfied with watching the movie once

First reactions throughout India

The Movie ROCKS!! That was the only reactions thousands of people had to give when they came out of the theaters.According to them, the only movie star to do justice to this role was Rajnikanth-the superhero of the masses. Itis amazing to see all politicians getting lined up to watch the movie and giving Rajni their best wishes.

Sivaji-The Boss, Rajni's best movie ever

All the Rajni fans in the world are eagerly awaiting for this Friday, June 15th 2007. This day the movie "Sivaji - The Boss" is going to be released. Ticket sales have already sky-rocketed beyond imagination. At least in India, fans are travelling from all over to Chennai to buy the ticket and watch the movie, first day, first show. According to news sources, during the opening of ticket sales, roughly 8,500 tickets were sold in a span of 3 hours all over Chennai, which is a phenomenal event in that category alone..

The film is touted to be the most expensive movie mad in India. Rajnikant sports 4-different looks in the movie. His co-actor Shriya Reddy is supposed to have given a darn good perfomance.

The fan's website Rajini fans/Sivaji has a lot of cheer and best wishes for the great superstar.

Behind the woods

It cannot get bigger than this. The booking opened last Sunday for Shankar-directed “Sivaji”. It will be the first film to be released on 15 screens in the city; a Tamil film normally releases only in five. “Sivaji” may chang e the face of Tamil film trade and the way movies are marketed in Chennai, and the rest of Tamil Nadu.
